UK: Free delivery
We will send your order by Royal Mail '1st Class' service. We aim to deliver goods within 1-3 working days. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please select the Express shipping option at the checkout where there is a £10 charge.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied please return the item to us within 28 days. To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tickets and tags attached. Following inspection of the returned item we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs if applicable). We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.
To return your product please email us at email@example.com and send your item to Jennifer Kent, 4 Braemar Street, Glasgow, G42 9QA. Please ensure goods are packaged suitably so they are not damaged in the post. We recommend sending the item via a trackable service as Jennifer Kent cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
